Last month, Nicolette Van Dielen, joined the 4th Court as a staff attorney in Justice Patricia O. Alvarez’s chambers. Before joining the court, Nicolette worked at the prosecutor’s office in Pima County (Tuscan), Arizona, where she did both criminal trial and appellate work. Nicolette is a graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
