Investiture Ceremonies of Justice Watkins & Justice Rodriguez

This week, the 4th Court had investiture ceremonies for the two new justices: Justice Beth Watkins and Justice Liza A. Rodriguez. Justice Rodriguez’s investiture ceremony was held in Laredo, Texas, on Thursday. Justice Watkins’s investiture ceremony was held in San Antonio, Texas, on Friday.
