4TH COURT FAREWELLS – Karen Vowell Sales

Today, Karen Vowell Sales retired from state service and the 4th Court. Karen served at the 4th Court for over the past decade and served at the Houston court of appeals before the 4th Court. Karen will be considering several options as to what she wants to do now that she’s retired. Wishing Karen the best!
